LONG BIO

Meeting at their college’s pre-orientation for Black Students, Brooklynn and Jonah bonded over their shared obsession with the artist PinkPantheress. Inspired to make the next wave of indie dance music, they typed "future" into a baby name generator, which gifted them with the name DELPHIA. From there, these two DMV descendants took years to test different sounds, and wrote countless songs. They released multiple singles that boded well in the Boston college scene. In 2025, the DJ duo has been performing to sold-out crowds of their growing fanbase. They love to plan events at unique venues–from coffee shops to packed bedrooms.

Brooklynn, a precise vocalist with a trademark haunting timbre, can create an earworm that tugs at your heartstrings. Jonah plays beautiful chords, glues together a track, and tops it off with his vocals and penmanship. These descendants of the DC & Baltimore arts scene form DELPHIA!: a super-duo ready to take over the boiling dance music movement with jazz, pop, and UK garage influence.

Brooklynn studied classical voice at the Baltimore School of the Arts, which produced talents like Tupac Shakur and Jada Pickett Smith. Brooklynn started producing and writing in high school, going on to arrange for her band Modal Soul. Her lush soundscapes and layered vocals caught the ear of fans on YouTube, and her raw, emotional style would earn her a full ride to music school.

Jonah began his production career as a young teenager, selling beats on Beatstars and producing for local SoundCloud rappers. He would receive a full scholarship to study the saxophone at music school, where he would meet Brooklynn.
